Check out this review I got from GodsOfMusic dot com: "From the get-go, Simple So Forbidden Fruit evokes a dreamily eerie dark mood. You immediately are taken into the uncertainty that the vocalist is feeling. It is nice to hear a group that is not afraid to put out substance before style. Not to say that style is not present in this track; it is a pleasant departure from the down and dirty heavy alternative that is prevalent in today's music.
Substance is what drives this tune. There is an elegant balance of all the instruments in the mix. No one aspect out shines the next. The melody's are very well crafted, and the harmonies help to create that spooky dark feeling that spoke to me.
Elysian Fury is definitely on to something with this track."
