"The best song on the album may well be "Wrong Side," a bouncing, rhythm-centric ode to relationship myopia. To the longing strains of a pedal steel guitar, Israel sings: "I never changed nobody's heart, never sorted it all apart, it was only hit and miss, with just a dose of bitterness." - Jamie Swedberg, Great Lakes Twang Review Page. This song is the second track on the Cultivators' acclaimed new CD "Mama's Kitchen", and it features former Gear Daddy (and current member of Trailer Trash) Randy Broughten on pedal steel guitar.
It's also the favorite song of a lot of Cultivators fans, and has been getting airplay everywhere from Salt Lake City to Winnipeg to Melbourne, Australia.
Oh, and some people have noted the Tom Petty influence on this song...which is just fine with the Cultivators, big Tom Petty fans from the get-go!
