What can you do with an old Solton/Ketron keyboard, an electric guitar and a painfully slow Pentium 2 MMX 233 MHz PC? Some great music, as this piece shows. It's a remix/cover of some themes from "Amarok", a masterpiece by Mike Oldfield.

A gentle piece with a far-eastern flair. |

Evoking memories of circus days, fairs and carousels, Luminous Grounds is at once haunting and lyrical. The sounds of an organ and other typical instruments can be heard throughout this charming waltz. Inspired by the, at places, incredibly sad and emotionally atmospheric music of Michael Z. Land (Monkey Island games), it is a romantic fantasy of the imagined past. |
