A delicious song Jed recorded as My Teenage Stride. The song was written for a dear friend of Jed's named Gentle Sarah to sing the lead on, but this version, with a spendorous guide vocal by Jed himself was saved and yr lucky enough to hear it, dear listener. We're still digging up the other version. Of note, the Spectoresqe production values and arrangment, especially the monsterous drum breakdown after the meloncholic B-section. O, ugly noise!? |

A sparkling gem of a wonder of a miracle of amped JAMC hoe-downism. Shoegaze away to the blissful pulse, but watch that bridge, it's kinda slow and jagged. |

Full Frontal Jenny, one of Jedediah's earliest projects, formed in the summer of 1524 and broke up two weeks later after failing to pay dentist bills. .A primitive art-rock masterpiece of Virgilific proportions. Dig ye the insistent, metronomic two-beat o'er which flows a marvelous din of torchy singing and crumbling guitars. The Ornette Coleman-inspired guitar breakdwon is particularly rapturous says I, and the tag lyric "God blew things my way, and things blew by, this is the worst gig in the sun", breaks my little heart.. |
