Doc "Mistabluesman" Quinn here to share some of my blues music with you! You might just find some other genres of music here but stand assured that all I do is for your listening pleasures and stems from my heart! I hope you enjoy!

In September of 2002 a group of mp3.com blues artists from around the world gathered in Nashville, Tennessee at Junction Studios, (The Kitty Wells Museum & Studio) to play their blues and record the session for CD. Now this CD is available for your listening and purchase at their mp3.com site. Don't miss owning this one, it's great and a rarity at minimum!

This group of blues artists are the clique that hangs at Blue Icewater Radio in the Blues Lounge. Please stop by and join in on the fun. Their blues and conversations will smoke your hat!!!!

On occasions this group gathers at Beach Blues Message Board.

"Laid Way Back" is just as it's title says. I wrote, recorded and uploaded this tune all in one evening. It's just a little laid back jam that expresses a mood I get into sometimes, I don't know why but, I guess that's what the blues is all about, right! I hope you like it as much as I like playing it for you. Thanks, Doc

On this tune "Hot To Trot" I play lead guitar on my 1991 USA Fender Strat to a Jasper Mills backing track. It's a blues rocker no doubt! Banker, a great friends of the unique clique we hang in once said that I sound like I'm playing this tune using four arms and three guitars, lol. I must say, with this backing track that Jasper Mills furnished me, I really had to work in order to keep up with it, to say the least. What a cool track to play with. I hope you like the tune and please visit Jasper Mills for some real kick butt blues and Duane Allman style blues slide guitar!

Happy 100th Birthday Harley Davidson. Here is a crazy thing I wrote using my 1951 Harley Davidson panhead for the percussions. Yes, I had my scooter in my studio. Believe me, it was a rush and I had a kick ass time doing the jam. I dedicate this tune to my scooter brothers and all clubs everywhere. To mention a few names, DJ, my son. Doyle, my Grandson. Eric, my son-in-law. My brother Big Dave B. and the Hard Riders in Cabot, Arkansas - in-house pub included, brother Benny and his gang out west. Wild Bill T. (Grubby) of No. Ca., Darin S., the ol' man Mack S., Robert W. of Visalia, Ca., also in the west. Rick A. of American Thunder, Tulare, Ca., Jesse James and the gang at West Coast Choppers and the rest of the best kick startin, throttle twisten, hooter pinchin, greasy fingered brothers throughout the world a scooter brother could ever have. This jam is for ya'll man, play the wheels off of it! Your brother in the wind!, Doc

With a $12.50 dollar Blue Stella Guitar and a cheap microphone ($8.29) I set out to do this authentic blues rattle on my acid program to show the lessons I have received from Matt Thorpe have worked for me. The tune/song is stereo and pans back and forth and really shows how well the Acid panning tools really works. I dedicate this song to Matt Thorpe for his patience with me and teaching me as he has done. Visit Matt Thorpe right here at Mp3.com for some great blues guitar!

This is an on the gas instrumental with full throttle around the corners. I am playing a non-amplified acoustical guitar here and the louder you play it the better it gets. Can ya dig it? I play this jam in memory of my father "Buddy Quinn". He would always tell me to "Go Hard & Aim High" no matter what my endeavor might have been. I still to this day at times hear him saying "Go Hard & Aim High" to me!
