Bill DelGovernatore and Rick Moore were a songwriting team in the early nineteen seventies.They were the nucleus of a band in the Philadelphia area sometimes known as "Nuance", "Prism" and finally "Hearsay" from 1976 - 1983. Rick left the band in 1976 but Bill continued to perform the songs with fellow musicians Maurizio Giammarco and George Garbes throughout the Philadelphia area till their dissolution in 1983.In the mid-eighties Rick and Bill rejoined to archive the songs they wrote while each pursued various other musical endeavors.Since all the professional quality demos were lost and most of the informal tapes of that era were beyond rescue the two spent a couple of years recording and arranging their collective work.These tracks have been transfered to digital tape with new performances added to enhance what was on the original then digitally mixed and mastered.
