Steamboat wrote this song for Track Athlete and friend Edwin Jackson (Edwin was M.V.P. and team Captain of his high school(Norton, GO! Panthers) Track Team in 1998. Steamboat was his coach. Beyond 22' refers to Edwin's school record long jump that he set in dramatic fashion on his last attempt.(his senior year). |
