This song originated in the band Inertia under a different title (the one listed here was never used, but is a little more appropriate than the true title). in David Highway, the song went through a long metamorphosis and this demo documents a middle stage of the track. recorded as a rough 4-track demo to write lyrics for (as usual), no vocal is featured. brian contributes the guitars, ryan is on bass, and I think cody is on drums (it could be heath, however). |

This improvised piece was created by brian and cody during a recording/practice session. it was most likely laid down on the 4-track to remember it and pick it up later with the full band (which never happened, as usual). the guitar and drums work very well together which is surprising because of the freeform nature of this track. worth a listen. |

this was written and recorded by mike at some point during the life of the band. the group, however, never played the song. this track is three demos recorded separately, played and mixed together. two of the demos happen at about the same time, the third comes in a few seconds later creating an odd echo. mike plays acoustic guitar and sings, though the vocal is a little tentative due to indefinite lyrics. |
