AKASH: THE WORLD'S MOST EROTIC BAND!
*NOTE: On May 9, 2003, @ 3:45pm; EST, AKASH ceased
to exist and officially broke up. However, AKASH's greatest joy
was always found within AKASH being allowed into
its audience's own intimate listening pleasures
and their sustained interest in AKASH's endless series of live
performances, *( referred to as "The Evolving
Collective-Consciousness" ).
This MP3.COM page has references to just about
every "Incarnation" & eclectic style AKASH
has ever assumed throughout its all too brief 5
year lifespan. This webpage will on a weekly &
genre bending-rotating basis, present a 3 song
retrospective of AKASH's
recordings. The Material will include
some of AKASH's rarest & most intimate-music designed
for site-specific/sound-installations & Visual-Erotic Performance Art used at
various Swinger's & BDSM clubs in both The USA
& The UK. Most of the music that will be presented here is taken mainly from AKASH's
existing catalog of 5 CD's: "BODY WORSHIP",

AKASH recordings which were either 1st. released
as "One Shot-Singles" & used on various/misc
compilations with other recording artists.
There is also an extraordinary archive of material left behind by AKASH which was never compiled into a coheshive album format. But do expect to see ALL of that archive material posted at some point on this site in the future. The
music we will present here points both to AKASH's timeless and
selfless ideas of love, compassion and humor
mixed with what can only be described as being
a delicious and sometimes challenging audio
postcard of experiences that will forever be
AKASH. AKASH firmly believed that "ALL" Music
should & must always remain "free" for the
entire world & not be viewed as "just another
commodity". Likewise, AKASH's Record Label PH.P RECORDS, will continue to
offer to everyone who would have an interest,
all of AKASH's music here on this page where every Sunday evening, we will change the rotation of the 3 available AKASH songs and keep doing this every week on an indefinite basis -- all for free.
