“Dark Skies” and dark it is. Inspired from an old Atari ST demo which I had lying around on video (sorry, forgot the crews name), I decided to get as much bass from the Roland SH-101 as I could. Tap patch on the Korg Z1 along with the PSR-640 (!) wind organ style, provides this track with a unique style. This track was laid down on Cubase. |

Using voice samples from ProDJ, this track “The Future” uses the Roland EG-101 drum and clap samples, along with a kick ass Z1 patch from Tony Latimer. Roland SH-101 is used again for the main bassline (which is a reworking of an old Atari ST demo track from the “Outlanders” crew! Where are they now?). |

This track is called “Dimensionalism”. Using the Korg Z1’s appregiator as the main focus of the track, and bringing in the Roland SH101 for the bassline rifts, the EG-101 D-Beam controller is used for the “wobbler” effect half way through. Laid down in Cubase, this track is a medium.beat special! |
