Vision shocks people almost everywhere his mouth opens. It must have something to do with his varied personality, transforming from a laid back man, silently observing his surroundings to an all out animated performer when the lights come on, or the cyhper starts up. One thing that's for sure about him though, is that he definetely has a vision for where he plans to go with his life, and has been walking that path for years. And lyrical? Just check one of his songs, it's not even a question. Overall, at 22, L. Vision is an artist and experienced musician who raps, produces and now acts. He plans to release his first album, establish a reputation as a professional producer, and branch out into all areas of the entertainment industry. But for now, we'll let his personal bio describe what he's been up to over the years.
"Been writing since birth. Stories, poetry, you name it. But since '96 when that pen and paper rose and I wrote this rhyme to this dime honey, it's been on since then. School & talent shows, too many block, corner, stairwell & park cyhpers to remember. Open mics at clubs and ON mics at clubs where WE were throwing the jam. We been moving up steadily. I'm not trying to be a one hit wonder. We're doing this right. A step at a time. Look at this, just got this demo studio set up, a nice studio standard mic in the home made vocal booth. I'm smiling. I'm laughing. What am I doing now? Working on the album. EP's pretty much done. Recording other peep's music. Shoot, I was just in a urban musical for crying out loud that had exposure on Much w/ Rahzel, Global w/ Susan Hayes and every urban radio station in tha city. What am I gonna do after the album's done? Go back to the clubs. Sell tha music in the streets, and raid this city like kids on a PlayGround. I'm right where I wanna be. Vision."
He recently heard his single, "Supernice" played on radio for the first time a few weeks ago while chilling in the back of a truck. He liked that feeling, so he's saying be prepared to hear more. From the smoke filled air and grimeful dirty streets of T.O.. Vision is here.
