| Thanks for stopping by. I am currently seeking musicians to get a band together to play gigs around the San Francisco Bay Area and record some of my newer music. I sing and play guitar, and I write about stuff that moves me. Simple. Got 2 albums to show so far but I don't want to grow old clinging on to that forever. I'm 30, but you could be any age. | Recorded in 1996, this song has powerful grunge overtones but the progressive nature of composition becomes evident as the pre-chorus kicks in. The song has a rich throaty chorus that's as "big" as the guitar sound itself. The guitar solo beautifully establishes the chromatic theme before exploding all of a sudden, sending a shrapnel of notes flying all over. |

| This was the other single I recorded in 1996. I'm really proud of the tight rhythm playing on this one. While a heavy guitar sound and some tricky syncopation mark the verse, the song has a remarkably hummable prechorus and chorus. My favorite part in the song - the contrapuntal approach to the solo, and the way it bursts into a frenzied climax - glorious! |
