WE ARE BACK!!!!!(IE....What a strange trip it has been)
Can't really explain the last year, we went from a band playing together, to one that could not get a time where everyone could come. After a year of marital breakups (Jim), illness
(Tim's wife, may she get well soon) and anything else that a gremlin could cause to happen, it happened. Recently, the three of us has come together to start playing again (Tim, Anita,
and I). Yes, the drum track may sound cheesy, yes, the recordings are not professional quality, (done in Tim's study room), its a definite sign that Tru Blu has started coming back again
with a new sound and a new attitude. The first new song is a re-introduction of a song written by Anita's father, "Please Understand". Anita is backed by Tim on vocals, and it shows where
Anita gets her talent from. The second new song is a song written in better days after the breakup of Jim's marriage. It is no "tear in my beer" song, but a positive song that shows despite
everything, there is a light at the end of the tunnel....."Goodbye to Sorrows". Its great to be back!!!! Be sure to listen to another new song upcoming, Tim's "One Man", in tribute to the heroes
of 9/11
