The Seven Wonder's Suite for Orchestra is a tribute to 2000 years of human artistic achievement and endeavour. "A symphonic journey through the past, in each tone-poem I have tried to create the sensation of 'being there' in the presence of these grand monuments. They seem to ignite so many ideas in peoples imaginations, and music has to be a key to un-locking a clearer picture. To 'bring them into focus' using the same formula for harmony, structure and proportion that went into their own building and design so that we can enjoy them once again."
This is a shortened version of my Seven Wonder's Suite for Orchestra beginning with: The Hanging Gardens of Babylon then The Temple of Artemis (at Ephesus), The Colossus of Rhodes, The Mausoleum at Halicarnassus, The Statue of Zeus (at Olympia), The Lighthouse at Alexandria and finally The Great Pyramid of Khufu (at Giza).
