| I introduce this song as hopefully the beginning of a new tradition of Irish Non-Drinking songs. It's the winding story of my recovery. The title is a play on my ancestry as the ire in me that was once necessary to bottle up comes from Cork county. The Isle of Iona is a small isle off Scotland near Findhorn that was a ceremonial center for the Druids. Kathleen the Silky Selchie Seal is my new wife. |

It is also the time of fastest transformation and enlightenment if you can manage to hold onto divine unity and embrace all the chaos and polarity without being swept away by it. |

| The is the first true love song I've written. I used it to propose to my now wife after scrambling through the dark jungle one night and climbing to the top of a Mayan temple in Tikal, Guatamala. Later I sang it at our wedding. |
