	It seems that I have been surrounded by suicide for as long as I can remember, since finding my best friend almost dead when I was 15 to other failed suicide attempts in early 1998. This song tries to deal with my emotions of that time.The kick drum used in the song is a sample of my heartbeat with a microphone and some severe amounts of amplification and filtering.
