    Jo has been a long time favorite local artist in the Detroit/Ann Arbor (Michigan) area.

    The Hot Tail Section has changed it's name to the Willie Dunns , named after the early 1930's jazz guitarist Eddie Lang who used the pseudonym Blind Willie Dunn when playing with African-American blues guitarist, Lonnie Johnson.     NEW CD

    Jo and the boys just released their first album together, "Tonight at Johnny's Speakeasy." This new CD is mostly live recordings from the ultra cool Ann Arbor venue, Johnny's Speakeasy. We're proud to anounce that the entire CD is available for your online listening pleasure. It is also availbe for purchase both on Jo's WEB site and her at MP3.com

    A Prairie Home Companion

    Jo and the Willie Dunns earned a return appearance on the renowned Garrison Keillor radio show A Prairie Home Companion which aired live on May 18th . Two of the songs, I Suppose and Jesus In A Snowball are already available on MP3.com. The smash hit Still a Ghost will be online soon and will be joind by I Suppose and a few other songs on a soon to release EP. Keep checking back for a chance to get your copy of this wonderfully popular song.

    Her Other Band

    Jo also plays with a wonderful all girl old time band called Uncle Earl. Their First album, She Went Upstairs , is a wonderful collection of old time tunes with two lovely voices and a host of talented women musicians. Check them out on their own MP3.com page .
