FROM THE NORTH . . .
Wassail! Welcome to Dragon North, the home of the Great CanadianDragon. The music featured here is barbaric, wistful, melancholy, dark, mysterious, lonely and all my own. I compose orchestral scores that I hope will pull you into another world, as well as celtic pieces that are meant to represent the gaelic peoples and Canadian Celtic heritage. However, my celtic songs are being moved to a new page, www.mp3.com/Celtic_Canada. It is not up yet, but should be shortly. This came as a decision to leave more room on this page for orchestral scores and such. I hope you like the new page when it is up and running.

- The upcoming album is about half finished, and will be more story oriented than High Adventure. Listen to the preview song From Shadows Past, and read the review at GOM.
- I am moving my celtic pieces to a new page called Celtic Canada. It is not up yet however, but should be soon.

It is cruel, you know, that music should be so beautiful. It has the beauty of loneliness and of pain: of strength and freedom. The beauty of disappointment and never-satisfied love. The cruel beauty of nature, and everlasting beauty of monotony.

A melancholy piece that says many things from drifting souls, to homesick, perhaps lost love—left to your interpretation. Features penny whistle and uillean pipes, though only briefly. Emotionally driven—I hope you enjoy. |

Battle\March: A fairly quick paced movement, putting one in the thick of a melee. Swords collide with shield, and all too often, flesh. Rending, slicing, and biting, blood soaks the grass underfoot. | MP3.com CD: High Adventure - buy it!
