lately i've found myself moving away from goth and rock music towards a more classically oriented approach.
i will still be working with electronics, and may even write a few gothrock songs every here and there, but my current focus is primarily on orchestral music.
hopefully i'll be able to combine the two disciplines and come up with a whole new sound for my music.
in any event, i've just uploaded an electronic soundtrack piece i finished last week, and i guess i should let the music speak for itself.
you should also check out Ghost in the Machine's
remix of The Eye of the Storm.

Those who enjoyed Quietsong should love this. Powerful 4-part harmonies and strong melodic vocals built on a driving synthesized bass line. |
Credits: Recording assistance and female backup vocals by, as she would have it, "spookywench". Thanks to Dan Seitz and John Singer for help with the equipment. |

An instrumental played on bass guitar heavily treated with reverb, flangers, FM modulation, and feedback. A very ambient and eerily fascinating song. I'm probably going to rewrite the song to include an electric violin and more distinct melody as well, so be on the looko-out for A Lingering Worry II. |
