Knightrider was without a doubt ONE OF THE GREATEST TV SHOWS OF THE 80's. These were also rather good: A-Team, Airwolf, Dukes of Hazard, Tiswas, Crazy Like A Fox, TJ Hooker, Pink Windmill, The Fall Guy....I COULD GO ON FOREVER, Unfortunately there was a lot of rubbish. Me and My Girl? Rubbish. Streethawk? Rubbish. The track title - whats it mean? Is he pants, or is it about his pants? So many questions, Why do the Germans love him? When will he learn you CAN'T GET SWEAT FROM A DEAD FISH, I really liked Wizbit. THE LITTLEST HOBO WAS THE DADDY OF EVERYTHING and the theme tune made me cry. | MP3.com CD: You've got way to much money - buy it!

Madeline was the first song out of Dr. Cornelius Fish's head. It's about the doll with evil eyes in kids show Bagpuss (it was about a lady tramp with a dubious thimble collection). Madeline's gaze could melt stone and she had to nick car stereos to feed her addiction to eating kids. Its a wonder she got on TV at all. Every episode ended with her smashing a mouses head in with a breeze block. "Fix that!" she'd scream at the other mice, then laugh really loud. Tragic. |

I Can't Stop Eating Shoe Polish, could of been Shoe Swedes, but that wouldn't make much sense. This song is a funky beast about the horrors of accessory addiction, which my dearly departed mental Uncle Shit succumbed to. By the end of his life, he'dtaken to bathing in shoe polish, as well as eating it. Laid on his deathbed, he'd looked like Al Jolson. We engraved 'MAMMY!' on his tombstone. He didn't request this, of course. We just thought it would be funny. |
