	Madeline was the first song out of Dr. Cornelius Fish's head. It's about the doll with evil eyes in kids show Bagpuss (it was about a lady tramp with a dubious thimble collection). Madeline's gaze could melt stone and she had to nick car stereos to feed her addiction to eating kids. Its a wonder she got on TV at all. Every episode ended with her smashing a mouses head in with a breeze block. "Fix that!" she'd scream at the other mice, then laugh really loud. Tragic.
