This track starts on a soothing note, before the machines seep in and transforms it into an entity of its own. Shifting from an airy, yet organic sound to a machine-like and dense form, one can only wonder what the visual version of this beast would look like. Distortion and rhythmic mayhem permeate this one and bleeds into your mind, mesmerizing you to the point where you begin to question if this IS what lies beyond the Illusion. This is only a raw-mix version of the song.

This song marks the new direction that Catonium is heading into, with harsh militaristic drums, industrial noises and wíth an atmosphere which reminds a bit of Puissance. Although there are similarities, this song goes into different areas, blending the harsh sounds with neoclassical arrangements.. making it sound like a hymn for misanthropes. This is the proof that Catonium is capable of going back to our roots, while at the same time going into more sophisticated directions. Exquisite in its own outstanding way, this song will probably become a favourite among our more seasoned listeners. The song is more cinematic and neoclassical than our earlier material and the full length album will have a similar sound to this one.

'Lo and behold! A new Catonium-song! This song is laid back, yet has a delicate, almost throbbing core with a perfect balance between the murky dungeon sound of our earlier days and the splendour of the night sky, breathing fresh air. This is not the final version of it, so don't be surprised if it appears in different shapes and mixes in the near future! Keep your eyes open for new Catonium-songs. We're back!
