| A few years ago I watched a woman on themorning news who had been arrested for shooting two boys in her front yard. The woman was sobbing. She asked the boys a number of times to leave her yard and stay away from her kids. She felt she had no alternative for they would not leave. So I thought to myself...she must feel as if it were the end of the world. What a horrible way to live your life. Then I started thinking..you know... if we continue to ignore these bad things that are going on in our world we will destroy the world as well as ourselves which could be considered world suicide. |
