Artist History In 1995, Backwoodz emerged outta the minds of three talented young individuals Hadji, Ali, and Shakim. Within the next three years, this N.C. crew enhanced their ranks to include the lyrical talents of J-Sleez, Impact, and Bronx Natives, Hitch and Sonny Black. These guys have performed in various local clubs and even at the Harlem School of Arts with a bevy of radio interviews and spins. After putting in hard time seeking major label deals, they finally found a home in an up and coming upstart label, Spot Rushaz Entertainment.
