Artist History
Red Tide is a toxic algae that periodically blossoms in the Gulf of Mexico, killing fish and irritating the respiratory systems of coastal inhabitants. This mysterious organism remains a constant threat to tourism, the environment, and everyday life on the Gulf Coast. To this day, the efforts of scientists and government officials have been unsuccessful in controlling Red Tide outbreaks. Hailing from Tampa, Florida, Red Tide has arrived to infest Hip Hop.For the past three years, this crew has not only been writing, and performing their music, they have been assembling the LostNation studio and record label. The development of LostNation has given Red Tide the ability to compose without compromise. This independent environment allows the crew to create projects that are not defined by a singular sound or formula. Through collaboration and experimentation, Red Tide is dedicated to creating Hip Hop with an emphasis on variety and newness. |
