    Artist History
Precinct 13 started back in early 98' but went by the name "Time out". Time out was just NME and Ol' Skewl with Ol' Skewl makin the beats with the worst beat program in the world (coughHIPHOPEJAYcough) and NME and Ol' Skewl rapping. Time out only released a tape titled "What did you expect" which was along the lines of Comedy Rap with some songs being horrorcore. It was basically just messing around at this point. The name changed from Time out to Precinct 13 cuz we decided to go in a "horrorcore" dirrection and be serious about the whole thing. Since this change Precinct 13 has changed a bit...... for the albums Murder Street, AmericanpsychO, and Octo13er 31st had the addition of ManTIS who had the occasional verse and did backups live and Zodiakilla who was our live DJ. Now, with the comming of SpLaDdAhOuSe come Precinct 13 in quiet a different way. "Spladdahouse" is a more elevated sound we like to call "Industrial horrorcore AKA: Mayhem Music". With SpLaDdAhOuSe Precinct 13 plans on breaking new grounds in both the horrorcore world and the music world in general. Be prepared cuz the house will come even if you are not ready!

    Additional Info
The vocals scared the shit out of me. Sounds like one of those peeps on tv that doesn't want to be known so they mess up their voices and make them sound haunting. Not a good feeling to be giving a listener. I struggled to listen to 90 seconds of it. I am just not liking the feeling its giving me at all-evil. (A reviewer at garageband.com on the song
