Artist History
Don’t let the decibel fool you. Behind the shredding Crazy Horse styleguitar work outs of Jay Joyce, Chris Feinstein’s strident bass and thepummeling drums of Brad Pemberton lies an astute pop band. Formed in 1993iodine immediately hit the road honing their song-driven rock toin-your-face perfection. The first CD, Maximum Joy, was released in 1996and remained on the college radio charts for 6 weeks. Between touring andincreasing requests to back up other artists such as Patty Griffin, TimFinn and Lisa Germano, iodine released Baby Grand with their pop/punkapproach still intact. |
