Artist History
Doug began playing folk and country songs on his dad"s old Silvertone guitar in the sixties. After a few years in rock bands, he was drawn back to the acoustic sound by artiss like Dylan, Peter, Paul and Mary and early James Taylor. Several years ago he began writing his own songs, trying to capture the subtlties and lyrics of those early folk legends. To date, he has written about two dozen songs. |
