Artist description
The pH7 jazz project combines the Hip Hop elements of Acid Jazz - i.e. "loops" with more traditional instrumental improvisations over a Pop song structure. (ie. Verse-Chorus, Verse-Chorus, Bridge-Chorus) Also thrown into the mix are some 70's Funk elements such as "wah" guitar, "whirly keys", and "dry" drum sounds. The players on the project are some of the Seattle areas best jazz-groove cats. |
