Artist description
Voice is featured as the main instrument. Guitar is often the accompaniment, but a cappella work is delved into as well...except when I am working with members of my favorite Milwaukee band, Mark Truesdell & the Lost Pioneers. Authenticity and resonant feeling and thought are my goals as an artist. |

Artist History
Singing has always been important to me and voice is my main instrument. I've been classically trained, and incorprate some classical music into my repertoire and attempts at a cappella composition. I spent five years playing in a seven-piece acoustic, eclectic, fast moving band called the Lost Pioneers in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. We were voted VH1's "Local Hometown Heroes" during their national tour in 1997. I am now looking forward to rejuvenating my solo aspirations. If you've never been to Milwaukee, there is a wonderful festival called Indian Summer on the Lake Michigan coast's Summerfest grounds, in late September each year. American Indian culture and a wonderful smorgasboard of music abounds! Thank you to all who have taken the time to look & listen. |
