Artist History
Mikael who wanted to do vocals and play in a synthband formed Doctor X in ´93. Because of their deep commitment to electronic music and sound, Henrik and David joined him to support in the creation of a rather unusual band.
In ´95 their first demo tape, Nurse In Nudity, was released. Since then Mikael rebuilt the studio several times and they all upgraded their machine park to fit the sound they desired. The band was resting for several years and the members split up temporarily to build up careers in different areas.
In the year 2000 Mikael decided that DoctorX should be brought back to life and began to compose and record the songs for Binary Blue, the bands 2nd demo.
While Mikael was composing, David was building his own studio with lots of new toys to fit the house music and French “Filter disco†and the work began to get both Mike’s and David’s studios in sync with each other. It is to be done in 2001.
New music is to be written during 2001 and probably released in 2002. The musical style will be a little different from what has been released earlier. Moore beats, up-tempo and oriental influences is on the wishing list. “We are at the beginning of an upward spiralâ€.
