Artist History LOS VILLAINS Los Villains has been together as a band since 1987. We started in Catholic junior high school terrorizing the talent shows. Our first one was under the name Youth Authority and this performance evoked three nuns gesturing "hear no evil, see no evil" and a fourth grader puking on himself. We became Los Villains our freshman year of high school.The members of Los Villains are two crazy whiteboys and four Mexi's:We emerged from an all boys school in the San Gabriel Valley. We met up with Alfredo Ortiz (then a tagger from Gardena - he also plays percussion with the Beastie Boys and Money Mark). And Billy Harrigan (a crazy Irish kid that works on cars and listens to the Ramones). We got our name Los Villains because of our list of activities that we were involved in such as: passing out in biology from inhaling computer cleaner, exposing our genitalia behind elderly teachers backs, smuggling Johnny Walker into gym class, screwing the sister school, and selling cholos really good hits of acid.We truly became Los Villains when we won 2nd place in our school talent show and stole the P.A. system. For the next five years we played backyards in Rosemead, San Gabriel, East L.A., Alhambra and so forth. Our reputation is synonymous with taggers and San Gabriel party crews. Musically, Los Villains reclaim the indigenous voice and use it to sodomize rock'n'roll. We just finished our second record entitled "Punk Rock Pow-Wow"Our mission is to become The Menudo of Punk Rock.www.losvillains.com
