Artist History
I started playing piano at four- not well mind you-my Mom white-lied to me and told me I was good! I started singing at a young age too. Always was fascinated by music and it's power to move me. I sang in classical and gospel choirs growing up and finally started writing with a band before I graduated from college. I left that band several years later and went back to singing, writing and playing piano on my own. Fearless was my first full length recording which was released at the end of 1997. With all recordings, it was a snapshot of where I was at that moment in time musically. Four Good Mondays just came out at the end of 1999. It was a fluke! A friend and I ran a live set to just get some new tunes down and came out with the first six tracks of the new CD. As for now I'm playing regularly in Santa Barbara and LA, so stop by! For more info, newspaper clippings and pictures, please visit my new site at rockcandyrecords.com - I'd love your feedback! |
