Artist description
Self taught singer-songwriter-guitarist. CrAzY j is active at local Jam Nights in the Cleveland, Ohio area and is always willing to work with other musicians in the studio. His music is on the simple side-that's how he likes it. He plays what he wants, when he wants, mainly for his own entertainment. If other people like it... all the better, but he isn't out to impress anyone with amazing technical musical genious (he has enough trouble impressing himself!) CrAzY j loves all forms of music (at least a little) and enjoys spontaneous jam sessions with other players. He loves all the different types of guitars (acoustic, electric, 12-string, even bass) but isn't afraid of the piano or keyboard either. (he's even been seen in public playing percussion instruments from time to time, much to the dismay of his drummer friends) Although a bit dissapointed with the live music industry right now, J likes to play live, but has recently been attempting to get his musical ideas recorded for preservation purposes. The recordings are a bit rough at times, but they are what they are right now. Look for better quality from CrAzY j in the future. As the title of his first D.A.M. cd says, "Gotta Start Somewhere"..... Enjoy... |
