Press Reviews
"A good powerful voice. He's great" Ringo Starr"Eric is a terrific writer and singer and deserves to be heard" Peter Frampton"Eric's songs and music have a great combination of toughness and warmth. The heartfelt music makes it easy to take the whole ride. Good stuff!" Nils Lofgren, The E Street Band"Intelligent lyrics that aren't beyond being catchy - hauntingly melodic - unusual. I'm glad he's with us (BMI)." Del Bryant, Vice President BMI"Frampton's opening act, Eric Stuart, started the show with a bang. The Brooklyn native and his three band members - including impressive lead guitarist Ben Mauro - delivered an exceptional 40-minute set of straight-ahead, blue-collar roackers in the Springsteen mold. Watch for Stuart and his band to be headliners down the road." Tim Miller, Entertainment Editor, The Cape Cod Times"Eric Stuart will be at the forefront when guitar driven rock comes back again. This is someone that will be around for a long time." Brooklyn Bridge Magazine"The quintessential rock band! Eric Stuart is a true star in the making." Bloomberg Radio/TV"He may be a Brooklyn boy, but he could really teach the bands down here in the southern crown city a thing or two about what rock's really about. A great live perfromer." Mindy Myers, Creative Loafing"This band has a helluva kicj to it! You are going to love them." Marsha Gann, WXRA 94.5 FM (Winston-Salem, NC)"I have seen the future of rock music, and it has Eric Stuart written all over it." Andrea Ross, E&T Magazine |
