Artist description
Cattywampus is an eclectic selection of Scottish and American traditional and contemporary songs. Cattywampus (meaning “askew, cater-cornered”) ranges from Child ballads through lively Scottish "mouth music" to contemporary American pieces such as “Sauerkraut,” by Lou & Peter Berryman. There’s a capella singing (from one to four voices) as well as fine instrumental backup on guitar, hammered dulcimer, concertina, recorder, fiddle, dumbeck and electric bass. Kim also sings with Christa Burch in the acapella duo "Lintie" -- check us out at mp3.com or at our own site, www.lintie.com! |
