Artist History
Former Tunnelmental guitarist Joe began Ember Days in December of 95 with longtime musical partner Sanna. Mala was recruited to sing and write music for the project. Deek Van Hype joined shortly thereafter and they embarked on a short but fun stint in the clubs. Train, their only album, was released in early 98 and like most bands they parted ways after the first album. Mala as we all know went on to become America's favorite teen pop sensation. Sanna has become a messianic leader of a strange cult in the California desert. Deek disappeared under mysterious and suspicious circumstances while on a trip to disneyland. Joe has turned his attention to world domination by way of reclusive apathetic separatism. Look for a reunion in spring of 2098 for the Ember Days centennial celebration. |
