Artist description My name is Santalina, I am an 20 year old singer/songwriter from Philadelphia. A broad range of styles and art forms appeal to me. Primarily, I like to write and perform music with a concentration on meaning and beautiful melodic lines. If you take a listen to the songs, you will notice that the styles range from latin/dance to melodious/slow. I strive everyday to change the emotions I experience and feel, into music and words that I pray, will help you understand and maybe interpret the sadness and the joys I experience inside.

Artist History I have been singing since and performing since I was about two years old. But I have been singing professionally for about two and a half years. I was born in the Phillipines and I came to the United States when I was 4. Music is an art that has always surrounded me whether it be through dance, playing the piano, or singing. In Febuary of 2000 I was introduced to Cui. We hit it off strong from the beginning. We found out that our opposing musical tastes and talents combined would make an even more powerful mixture of art. We have been working hard together since then. Every new idea, in the presence of diverse taste, finds new tangents and possiblities not yet explored.
