Artist description
Like many of the bands from Austin, Texas, Dogsoldiers delivers hard driving rhythm and blues with an emphasis on cutting edge guitar leads and dual fender guitar harmonies. Featuring Austins own Mike Pringle on lead guitar, the music is focused on the guitar as a vocal instrument. At the heart of the music is the digital delay effects provided through Fender Deluxe Amps, Stratocaster and Telecaster guitars. Rhythm, drums and bass provided by Roger Pringle and Doug Johnson. Enrique De Valdenebro provides the mysterious tune, the Door - really an eerie song that summons up vibrations of love, loss and all the blues in between. Colorado Blues is Doug's song that keeps his spirit company in his place up in the rockies. The songs are in the beta phase and a CD can be purchased this summer that should be quite interesting. These tracks were laid down early in the creative stages. Roger recorded and mixed for an indication of what to expect this summer with the completion of EARTH6 recording studio in Northwest Austin. Thanks for listening. Email with any feedback or if you just want to say Hey! - Dogsoldiers. |
