Artist History The band was formed in 1996 under the name "Earthtone". It's founding members, Shane Willis, Kathy Willis and Damon Duke all grew up together in a remote town in Louisiana called Bogalusa. The group played local venues around the New Orleans area. The original three members hooked up with musician Trent Sanford in 1999 and renamed the band NOONHIGH.
