Artist description
Crosses metal, punk, and modern hardcore with 1950's rock n roll. Horror is the overwhelming theme with plenty of dark humor mixed in. Raising the dead and raising the Horror Rock standard, this band features talent that would stand out in any genre. With vocals like an angel eating hot coals blended with musicianship that boggles the mind, Evil I is lurching out of the graveyard and into international notoriety. |

Artist History
I've been a horror fan and playing in rock n roll bands since as long as I can remember. I put the two together when I was approached by an independent film maker to write some songs for a zombie movie (I guess they didn't have a budget for an established, big gun horror band). What began as a six-song studio project became twelve, then I put a band together, did some shows, recorded another CD, played more shows, started a riot, did some horror convention appearances, recorded a third CD with international distribution, and goddammit I'm having a ball doing it...so who gives a rat's ass if you think I'm just another Misfits rip-off? |
