Artist description
The Glasgow Songwriters are a group of people who
meet regularly to perform their own original
music. The club offers support and encouragement
to the artists and gives them the opportunity to
perform their music outside their homes to an
audience of like-minded people. The club boasts
a wide variety of performers with their own
original sounds who sometime combine their
talents to create more interesting and unusual
sounds that they would never have thought
possible. The Glasgow Songwriters meet every
Tuesday evening at 9pm - midnight in Drummonds
Bar opposite the Odeon cinema in Glasgow. There
is an open stage where guests can come along and
perform their own original music and will be made
very welcome.
We hope that you will enjoy listening to our music
and at sometime be able to visit us in person at
the club and have the opportunity to meet our
members and hear them perform live.
