Artist History Hellbent have returned with an unanswerable vengenance, and it's nameis "Hardcore Vanilla." Hellbent is the treacherous intersection where the forces of haloblack, 16 Volt, Chemlab, Pigface, Thrill Kill Kult and Pig meet, greet and eat. "Hardcore Vanilla" is a machine rock throw-down for the 21st century.. Individually and collectively, the members of Hellbent have a knack for putting themselves where the action is. bryan black of haloblack (who's album "Funkyhell" was listed as one of the Ten Most Essential Industrial Rock Albums of all time by Alternative Press) has also played and toured w/Prince's band, while haloblack also opened several showsfor Marilyn Manson. Jared Louche from Chemlab has toured with NIN, White Zombie and Gwar. Eric Powell from 16 Volt has gotten the nod from Tommy Lee and Methods of Mayhem, who cover one of their songs. Other players include Charles Levi from Thrill Kill Kult, Raymond Watts from Pig, Anna Wildsmith from Sow and Servo from Chemlab. Most of these have played with "Hardcore Vanilla" producer Martin Atkins' travelling anarcho freak show- Pigface. Martin, of course, has a history as a drummer and a producer that includes PIL, Ministry, NIN, Killing Joke and, recently, TheDamage Manual.
