Artist description
From his dreams, personal experiences and unique perspectives on life, Ernie Orosco creates alluring, hypnotic dance music with haunting, high-soaring vocals.Using synthesizers, drum machines, and both electric and acoustic guitars, he has created a truly unique sound which he characterizes as “hyptronic”.ERNIE'S MUSIC IN HIS OWN WORDS:I really wanted the vocals to be the main instrument, expressing a strong emotion in every song. All my songs have their own meaning so each track has to stand on its own both vocally and musically. While the lyrics were generated from very personal feelings, I tried to write them in a way that each listener could relate to from their own experiences.Vibe-wise, I wanted a Seventies / Eighties / Old School feel, but didn't want it to carry a dated brand, so I added a bit of machine to the mix. |
