Blind Right formed in 1993, first Rehearsing in the basement of their dorm on the campus of the University of Rhode Island where the three original members were students. Eventually Drummer,Singer Chris Merlan moved out from behind his kit to front the band on guitar. By 1995 the Band had developed a strong fan base in the fickle and trendy Providence music scene and qualified for the Semi Final round of the "WBRU ROCK HUNT". Recently the band has decided to re-release its Ep "HOME" with 6 previously unreleased tracks..
