Artist History
Luc Fortin has been playing guitar for 27 years in just about all musical styles. He carries the melodies and solos in the duet's performances. He is inspired by gypsy guitarists like Paco de Lucia and Django Reinhardt and Brasilian guitarists (Baden Powell, Egberto Gismonti). ***** Richard Léveillé, who holds a Masters degree in ethnomusicology, has studied music from around the world while visiting Brasil, Western Europe, South-East Asia and North Africa. Richard Léveillé provides the rhythmic and harmonic base of the duo. |
