Press Reviews This is one of the better demo's I've recieved so far. Soaprack hails from far away "Finland", and unlike most of the bands coming out of Scandinavia these days, this band actually packages something that isn't a carbon copy of a North American band. I can't really discribe how this band sounds, cause all 4 songs sound a little bit of a different style than the next, but it's great, and pretty original to boot. The first 2 songs sound pretty mid-tempo and a tad emoish, the third song sounds like a little like Bad Religion, and the last song sounds kinda pop-punk, in the vein of Screeching Weasel, minus the snotty vocals. The guitar work on this demo is excellent thoughout, and the vocals remind me of Greg Graffin (Bad Religion, of course). This demo is actually worth paying for, and seeing that Scandinavia ain't whipping much else up worth buying, we could be hearing more from this band in the not so distant future.
