Artist History It started out nine years ago as undergrads at Rutgers University in a band called Seigobillies. A few years and a few line ups later- "Billy" just happened.Billy is currently in the studio with producer James Mastro (Bongos, Health and Happiness Show)working on the bands first full length release.
