Artist description Hello, my name is Randy Thomas. I was born in Asheville, NC where I still live. I grew up in a family of smokers and even became one myself. On December 23rd 1991, I married my beautiful wife Tina. We had our first boy, Randy Jr., in 1992 and our second boy, Joshua,in 1995. If Tina did not support me 100%, I would not be where I am today. Thanks Tina! In 1993 I became interested in Hypnotism. I bought book after book and tape after tape. In 1994 I met a professional Hypnotist. I quickly started learning everything I could about Hypnotism. In 1996 he died with cancer (from years of smoking). That’s when I decided that I wanted to quit smoking. Looking around at all the different programs in the world, I decided that Hypnotism was the best way. Unsure if I could Hypnotize myself, I began to look for someone to do it for me. I found that the cheapest program was $199.95. Needless to say, I made my own tape and Hypnotized myself. After 8 tries I finally went under. It then took only three different sessions and I had quit. It is now 2000 and I still have not taken even a puff of a cigarette. That got me thinking about the millions of people that don’t really want to smoke, but can’t afford the programs. That is when I started We Quit.com®. But I did not stop with smoking.
