Artist description
The Function is a pioneering funk/soul/groove quartet from the North Oregon coast. The persistently musical group employs its wide range of musical influences to create new music, featuring jazz-influenced deep rhythm grooves, spontaneous live songwriting abilities, and the powerful vocal concoctions of Jesse Falls and Ebon Bergeron.
Their unmistakeable sound has permeated the coastland for five years now, constantly evolving and growing, pounding heavy grooves and packing heavy crowds onto dance floors up and down the shoreline.
They are the Soul Professors of the Unified Funk Theory. They are The Function. |
